Angie Thompson, Editor & Website Design
Angie has a background in graphic design, editing, writing, blogging, and public speaking, and she also holds a B.S. in computer science and mathematics. In addition to loving her husband and 5 children, she also loves learning and being outside. Angie aspires to publish more of her creative work in the future.
Rashid Mohamed, Art & Photograpy Editor
Born and raised in Vienna, Austria, with roots in the horn of Africa, Rashid considers the world his home. Attending his second semester at ACC with a major in Journalism, Rashid is the Co-Editor of the Arapahoe Pinnacle, and an avid reader and writer of all sorts.
Alejandro Lucero, Poetry Editor
Alejandro is set to graduate from ACC with an AA in December 2017. His writing aspires to develop fresh perspectives on ordinary moments in life through precise creative language. His work can be found in Progenitor 2016.
Morgan Wade, Nonfiction Editor
Morgan is a research assistant with the University of Colorado, and is thrilled to be a part of the creative writing community at ACC. She hopes to combine her loves of science, writing, and travel into a career focused on science communication and education (with some short stories published on the side).
Jessica Bernal, Fiction Editor
Jessica is receiving an arts degree in Creative Writing and working on achieving a B.A in English. She has won the Writers Studio Student Literary Contest for her poem Weeping Willow in 2016. Jessica is very passionate about writing and loves to read.
Andrea Mason, Faculty Advisor, English
Andrea is a full-time faculty member at ACC and coordinates Writers Studio, ACC’s creative writing event and community outreach program. She also writes fiction and nonfiction.
Megan Anderson, Graphic Design
Megan has been a graphic design student for the last two years. In her other life, she’s a professional photographer. Her studio, Graphique Fine Art Photography, is located in Highlands Ranch, CO.
Amy Roy, Graphic Design
Amy is a graphic design student at ACC and is set to graduate in May. Her loves are being a barista at Starbucks, finding new music and doing artsy things. She also loves her fiancé, Jake, who she will marry this June.
John Hall, Faculty Advisor, Graphics
John is a full-time Graphic Design faculty member at ACC and coordinates Studio ACC, the in-house graphic design internship program.
